Excellent
Location was easy to find, our Gondolier was very nice! A great experience over all… we were here during the off season so the canals are not as busy or crowded. A nice relaxing tour.

Good
It was very easy to use and good value for money. Only negative was the entry to Doges Palace was not fast track. It just got you into line if prepaid tickets. Experiences were good though.

No live commentary, in fact, no interaction at all with the gondolier. Our tour guide, Leonara, was lovely- knowledgeable and a good communicator.
