It was a fun (in Dutch we call it 'gezellig') and educational workshop! John, the chef, has a lot of humor and creates a connecting and friendly environment. The pizza and gelato tasted amazing....

This cooking class was my family’s most favorite part of our trip to Florence! John and Felippo were excellent and very entertaining teachers. My very first attempt at making pizza was perfetta!

Roberta was a great chef. She coached us as we made 2 kinds of pasta and demonstrated the creation of tomato sauce and gelato. The teenagers in our group really enjoyed the class and we all enjoyed the meal we made together. Great break from the walking tours!
