Pésima información, imposible entrar, porque las personas que gestionaban la entrada en la dirección dada no tenía ni los nombres ni la referencia,

There was no representative of you and we had issues entering Accademia. We arrived 15 minutes before and there was no there. Very unpleasant experience with you.
