The office located inside the portico of the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano (right side) will be open. It will be necessary to go through security checks to access the Collection Point.

We have had a wonderful trip to Rome, company was great and all staff helpful. I did find booking attractions online difficult at first but the staff via email were amazing. The hop on/ off bus...

We have had a wonderful trip to Rome, company was great and all staff helpful. I did find booking attractions online difficult at first but the staff via email were amazing. The hop on/ off bus was a great addition, we used this as our main transport around Rome. Would 100% recommend the Omnia/ Roma cards when booking to go to Rome!
