Terrible
The opening hours were not clear, and the staff closed the door in our faces. This was very disappointing and felt disrespectful.

Very interesting presentation of the history of Piazza Navona, one of our favorite places in Rome. Well worth the small price of admission.

Very easy process. We just showed our e-tickets and in we went! We also went in earlier as we were already there. We decided not to use the audio guide.
