How to reach:

  • By bus: from Naples central station Piazza Garibaldi take the Naples-Vesuvius line of the EAVBU near the Terminus hotel and get off at the Quota 1000 stop. Reach the ticket office at the Imbò refuge by following the signs. Check info here.
  • By car: driving along the A3 Salerno-Reggio Calabria highway take the Ercolano exit and follow the signs for Vesuvius National Park, first via Cupa Monti then via Vesuvius, drive along the road for about 8 km until you reach the ticket office at the Imbò refuge on the left, a few meters before the end of the driveway.
