Poor
You still haveto get a ticket at the Prado and the Reina Sofia, just stand in a different line. It goes faster though. I dont think it is Tiquets fault, it is a stupid way the online purchase is set up.

Hop on hop office always a great way to see around a city. Tiqets app is a great app to have as gives you access to all tourist sites and details
