All in Edinburgh
The city of Edinburgh is dominated by the huge Edinburgh Castle, part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to the famous Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, the Crown Jewels of Scotland, and the National War Museum of Scotland. There's a good chance you'll hear some bagpipes.
Stirling Castle is a hilltop castle in the town of Sterling in central Scotland. The castle served as a strategic military fortification, and as the palace for Scottish royalty before Scotland's union with Britain. It was at Stirling Castle where Mary, Queen of Scots was crowned. Today, the castle is a cultural centre and visitor attraction that takes guests on a journey into Scottish history.
