Who better to hear the story of Ireland from than through the words of its greatest storytellers? Located right beside St. Stephen's Green, the Museum of Literature Ireland is the perfect place to dig deep into Ireland's rich literary history.
This story unfurls across centuries, telling the tales of the country's greatest wordsmiths – including James Joyce. There's no better place to retrace the steps of Joyce's Dublin than right here, and you can even see 'Copy. No. 1' of Ulysses.
The Museum of Literature Ireland also boasts a plethora of regularly updated exhibitions, including a contemporary commissions gallery and interactive exhibits. A public guided tour is included in the ticket price during select months (October-March).
After your visit, take some time to relax in the Commons Café, run by Irish food legends Domini Kemp. Enjoy fresh Irish produce, meals highlighting the country's culinary heritage, and local boutique wines.
