We booked a Tiqets package to visit 2 sites in Venice on Wednesday 18th September. The sites are right next to each other so the package made sense. Doge’s Palace was the first that came up and I selected the date and time and it then went to St Marks Basilica and I selected an hour earlier. Paid the money and got a confirmation email. It was only then, after my money was gone, that I saw the date on the confirmation email for the Basilica was a month later on Wed 16th Oct. This was not at all clear in the booking process. How ridiculous for a package deal, to default to a date a month later for the second location. Completely misleading process. We then had to buy new tickets to get into the Basilica. We should have done that in the first place because Tiqets charged €20 per person and it only costs €3 direct!! Tried to speak with them via chat and email but they obviously have a ‘bad luck for you’ policy. Really poor customer service. Go elsewhere or book direct. Don’t use these stupid, rip off, third party sites.

It is interesting to see inside the Basilica, I just find it short and not much to see for the ground entrance ticket the value is not worth it. To access other parts you have to purchase them.... Show more

Very good tickets a little bit dearer but saves queues
