Very disappointed with this ticketing system. My partner accidentally booked tickets to the wrong wildlife park and I was unable to secure a refund. They zero customer service apart from a robot...
Very disappointed with this ticketing system. My partner accidentally booked tickets to the wrong wildlife park and I was unable to secure a refund. They zero customer service apart from a robot who says they will email a response but never did. We wasted $200+ on a park that was nowhere near us. This is a very bad service. I should be able to refund mistaken tickets.
