Nous avons acheté deux tickets pour visiter le chateau le 7 décembre. Arrivés à l'entrée , on nous informe que ce jour la visite est transformée en spectacle vivant et qu'il nous faut acheter deux...
Nous avons acheté deux tickets pour visiter le chateau le 7 décembre. Arrivés à l'entrée , on nous informe que ce jour la visite est transformée en spectacle vivant et qu'il nous faut acheter deux autres billets de prix double du nôtre, les nôtres étant non valides ce jour. Bilan: 2 tickets initiaux: 22 euros 2 tickets pour la visite du 7 réelle: 50 euros Le spectacle était agréable, mais les intermédiaires qui vendent les tickets par voie numérique, votre site par exemple, doivent assumer leurs erreurs: Je tiens les tickets à votre disposition pour remboursement.
