Terrible
The customer service was awful. They didn’t talk good English and they told me to go center of Brussels to get my ticket. That mean zero knowledge of technology and online services.

Mauvaise expérience, l’achat des billets ne sert à rien puisqu’il faut aller à l’office du tourisme pour aller chercher les documents.

Ik heb niet begrepen waarom ik eerst langs de toerist office noest. En horta bleek de gehele week al volgeboekt. Dus beter eerst kijken bij Horta en pas als er plaats is, de pass aanschaffen.
