The New England Aquarium is a huge aquarium in Boston, Massachusetts. As well as the thousands of species inside the main aquarium building, other attractions at the New England Aquarium include the Simons IMAX Theater and the New England Aquarium Whale Watch. Whale watching operates from April through November only.

The Plimoth Patuxet Museums tell the story of the Pilgrims and the Native peoples of Plymouth, and how their histories were integral to the founding of the United States. The museums include three special exhibit locations, including a scale model of the Mayflower, which brought the first Pilgrims across the Atlantic in 1620. There's also Plimoth Grist Mill, a working reproduction of the Pilgrims' original 1636 mill on Town Brook, as well as the main Plimoth Patuxet campus, which provides an educational hub detailing this huge moment in American history.
