My previous visit here was in 1997. Back then I had been impressed with the archaeological and ethnological collections. This time around however it all looked very different as half of the exhibits are now dedicated to the country's more recent past. At times overwhelming as too many different things can be found under its roof, I'd say my three favourite areas were a) the Viking sorceress audio visual experience b) Denmark dealing with its past crimes as a colonial power and c) sociological history of the 20th century.
