Terrible

So disappointed!!! Couldn't use the openbare vervoer....the instructions were useless....no where was there a "streepjescode" you could scan andvrhe Q&A disnt address this issue!!! We were so late...

So disappointed!!! Couldn't use the openbare vervoer....the instructions were useless....no where was there a "streepjescode" you could scan andvrhe Q&A disnt address this issue!!! We were so late because of this so we missed the whole excursion!! Next time will book directly with lumiere and do our travelling using our debit cards. Tip for anyone else ...use the P&R, you use the public transport for 6 bucks and pay for all day parking 6 bucks!! Far better deal!! Do all in all would have been cheaper 17x2 plus 6 bucks for transport. 40 euro instead of 48 bucks!!!!
