Your guide and material was fantastic. We had a group of people with us that was quite disruptive and disrespectful to the guide. This tarnished the tour experience a bit. Not the guides fault...

Valentino was our guide, she was very informative and the tour was in English and Italian, which gave us plenty of time to take photos. I really enjoyed the walking tour. We got told that on the gondola ride , the gondolier would point out places of interest, but he did not which was very disappointing.

Terrible
Tour guide was pretty boring and not engaging, merely reciting facts instead of story telling. Tour has in half English and Italian, and so half the time it’s in a language you don’t understand.
