Terrible
I am an amputee. I lost my left leg. I was turned away from two roller coasters. One I don’t know the name, it’s the red individual cars that seat 4 . After I was seated I was told I couldn’t...
I am an amputee. I lost my left leg. I was turned away from two roller coasters. One I don’t know the name, it’s the red individual cars that seat 4 . After I was seated I was told I couldn’t ride. No problem, your people were very nice and polite. For my safety how can you get mad.
Later I made the trek to the boss , after reading the rules sign at the start of the three mile adventure. Making sure there was no postings covering my situation.
I was not allowed on the ride. I was a bit upset. The young lady checked the book, for a prosthetic arm, it must have a working elbow. For a leg, it must have a foot. My leg has a foot and a computerized knee. They called their supervisor who came up and verified for safety reasons I could not ride. Again, I understood it was for my safety, my problem is no rule on your sign down below to save me that walk. Plus the fact that your manual apparently is not up to date.
Again so you know, all of your people were very polite, and very apologetic .
But the fact is I spent $50 for entrance to your park without the right to ride any of the rides. To me there should be compensation coming my way.
I also understand that your in business to make money, I expected to pay terribly high prices, but I did not expect STUPID pricing.
Really $40 to park, $10 for an ice cream cone, twenty dollars for a double cheese burger and my favorite $750 for a twenty ounce bottle of coke. My number is 636-272-9488
