Every year, the world produces over two billion tonnes of waste. This temporary exhibition encourages you to become aware of the enormous amount of waste generated by the Western production-based economy.
It shows how the design industry can transform this waste into valuable resources, offering prospects for a more sustainable future. The "Precious Waste" exhibition was originally entitled "Waste Age: What Can Design Do?" and was created by London's Design Museum.
